Pet Resort and Spa in cincinnati from before the opening until recently (over three years). I was responsible for managing the daily operation of the business. From my close contact with the owner I was constantly aware of his racist, sexist and greedy personality. The other managers and I did the best we could for the dogs and the employees by disregarding his orders and going behind his back. I witnessed multiple illegal and immoral business practices". Suddenly after three years of the business growing and becoming very successful he had his right hand man step in, fire the boss and try to demote the other managers/. He a useless, retarded office manager from banfield in our place and saved himself alot of money!. During my time working for him He repeatedly tried to get us to agree to keeping the dogs in cramped cages overnight and wanted us to overbook kennels over the holidays'. He refused to allow team members who had been there for years any kind of raise and wanted us to cut everyone's hours.. He doesn't care at all about the health or happiness of the animals or his employees;. He tries to scam employees into signing documents stating they will not apply for
unemployment benefits'. The new manager plans to hire teenagers at minimum wage to care for the dogs and only work them part time so they don't have to give benefits,. I only post this in hopes that it will help someone considering going to work for this maniac or putting their
